Stanton, PhD
Jeffrey Stanton specializes in how organizational behavior effects
information security in organizations. He has a strong track record of
delivering practical results and value for his clients. Dr. Stanton has over
20 years experience in organizational behavior and high technology. This
includes work as a human resources analyst, statistical consultant, and a
decade developing software and managing software development teams. His work
has been extensively published in top behavioral science journals, such as
the Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, and Human
Performance, and he regularly presents his work at leading conferences. He
has received the National Science Foundation's prestigious CAREER award and
serves on the advisory boards of multiple SANS Institute's certifications,
He is an associate professor in the School of Information Studies at
Syracuse University where his research focuses on the intersection of
organizational behavior and technology.
Dr. Stanton is also the Project Director of Syracuse Information Systems
Evaluation Project (SISE) which applies the theories and research of both
social and information sciences to improve information security practices in
organizations.

John Foster
At the American Business Forum in
Turkey, John Foster completed White Papers for the US State and
Commerce Departments re: Turkish market conditions and US commercial
priorities.
Foster's marketing accomplishments
include project management at two Fortune 100 companies, information
analysis for the US Congress and multimillion-dollar brand management. He
has launched and/or managed more than fifty individual products and
services, and led the project teams that brought Enhanced 911 to Vermont,
Massachusetts and New York, a total of twenty-seven million people.
His particular expertise is in
developing and implementing marketing campaigns, from strategy formulation
to channel execution.

streams. Foster has managed over thirty individual products, with a
proven record of increased revenue and penetration. He has extensive
experience developing and implementing marketing campaigns, from strategy
formulation down to the channel level.
John is presently The Communications Director, US Chamber of Commerce,
Istanbul, Turkey and a Consultant to Schuco, a North American environmental
construction and energy firm.
Among two hundred Fortune 100 product managers, John was the single manager
ranked "all strengths" by marketing consultants Hellman and Loch. His

study in Business Ethics and Corporate Compliance, specific to training

disciplines for well over a quarter of a century. We collaborate with IAPS
