Durham, New Hampshire – Ted Demopoulos received the Department of Defense’s Defense Contract Management Agency CIO “Award of Excellence.” The Award was presented for Demopoulos’ keynote speech “The Future of Information Technology and the Information Technology Business” given at a recent Department of Defense conference.

Demopoulos’ speech explored both the current state and the future of technology as related to practical business concerns.

Chief Information Officer Michael Williams presented the award. Major General Dale W. Meyerrose also received the Award of Excellence at the conference.

“I am honored and very surprised by this award, and humbled to be included in such august company,” said Ted Demopoulos, who added that his young children were running around telling their friends their daddy had won a medal from the brave soldiers who protect us.
